Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy 1. Purpose Our goal is to provide excellent service and ensure fairness for all clients. This policy outlines our guidelines for cancellations, rescheduling, and refunds. 2. Cancellations & Rescheduling Notice Period: Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 14 days before the scheduled Clinic Start Date. No-Shows: Failure to attend without notice will result in a full charge. 3. Refunds Full Refund: Provided for cancellations made within the required notice period. 4. How to Cancel Cancellations can be made via online website. 5. Exceptions We understand emergencies happen.
